How it works

Over ten days, we run five workshops with three or four people from your team. Usually that includes revenue operations, sales leadership, and marketing. Before we start, you send us a CRM export, a short intake form, a demo recording, and anything else that helps us understand how you sell. We review the material before the first call. In the first workshop, we talk through what we found.

If we find gaps in marketing, customer success, or the wider customer journey, we'll point them out. Then we can decide with you whether a longer piece of work makes sense.
